DS Smith Plc - Confirmation of 1 November 2021 dividend payment date
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.7A.2, DS Smith Plc confirms that the final dividend announced on 22 June 2021 will, subject to the approval of shareholders at the AGM to be held on 7 September 2021, be paid on 1 November 2021 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 8 October 2021.
