CONFIRMATION OF BOARD CHANGE

The Board of Mecom Group plc ("Mecom" or "the Group") confirms that, further to the announcement on 19^th July 2012, Tom Toumazis, Chief Executive Officer, will be stepping down from his role and leaving the Group on the 15^th of September 2012.  His position will not be replaced.

Stephen Davidson, who continues as Executive Chairman, commented:
