M&C Saatchi Plc (the "Company") - Director interests in LTIP 
 
Jerry Wales has been awarded rights under the company's Long Term Incentive Plan 
("LTIP") to up to 232,558 nil priced options over the ordinary shares in the 
company that have a nominal value of 1p. The actual number of options will be 
calculated on 18 May 2011 by reference to performance criteria linked to the 
company's real EPS growth as specified in the rules of the LTIP.
