Completion of IFC Revolving Credit Facility

Further to the Company's announcement of 4 July 2012, Petra announces that financial close in relation to the IFC (a member of the World Bank Group) revolving credit facility ("the IFC Facility") of US$25 million was reached today and this transaction has now completed.
