Total Voting Rights

In conformity with DTR 5.6.1 we would like to notify the market of the following:

Micro Focus International plc's capital consists of 181,573,455 ordinary shares of 11 ⁴/₁₁ pence each with voting rights, of which 17,805,145 ordinary shares are held in Treasury.

Therefore, the resulting total number of voting rights in Micro Focus International plc is 163,768,310.

The above figure (163,768,310) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Micro Focus International plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
