The Company announces that Mr Tony Dyer, Finance Director of the Company, has 
purchased 31,521 ordinary shares of 1p in the Company on 24 April 2009 at a 
price of 115p per share. Following this transaction, Mr Tony Dyer and Mrs 
Lynette Dyer are interested in 291,521 shares, representing approximately 1.3%
