Adjournment of General Meeting

Journey Group plc (the "Company") announces that the general meeting scheduled for 11 a.m. today has been adjourned under article 53 of the Company's Articles of Association for lack of a quorum. The adjourned general meeting will be reconvened for 11 a.m. on Wednesday, 27 June 2012. A notice will shortly be posted to shareholders notifying them of the adjournment and the arrangements for the reconvened general meeting.
