PCA Dealing
Hercules plc (AIM: HERC), a leading UK infrastructure and construction services group, has been notified of a share dealing by Mrs Paula Wheatcroft, a person closely associated ("PCA") with Paul Wheatcroft, a director and Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
On 1 July 2026, Mrs Wheatcroft purchased a total of 37,000 ordinary shares at a price of 27.0 pence per share. Following this purchase, the combined beneficial holding of Paul Wheatcroft and his wife is 80,200 ordinary shares, representing 0.10% of the Company's issued share capital.
