ANNUAL REPORT 2015

Georgia Healthcare Group PLC (GHG) (LSE: GHG LN) has today published its Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2015 (the Annual Report 2015).

A copy of the Annual Report 2015 has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm. The Annual Report 2015 is also available on the Group's website at www.ghg.com.ge.

GHG's Annual General Meeting is scheduled for 26 May 2016 and the Notice of Annual General Meeting will be dispatched to shareholders on or around 25 April 2016.
