In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, the Company advises that Alan McWalter, non-executive director, has been appointed to the Board of Churchill China plc with effect from 5 January 2011.

 

In addition, Ishbel Macpherson, non-executive director, has been appointed as Chairman of Speedyhire with effect from 1 January 2011.
