Total Voting Rights

In conformity with the UK Financial Services Authority Disclosure and Transparency Rules (DTR 5.6.1R) Booker Group plc (the "Company") hereby provides notification that the Company's issued share capital now consists of 1,724,528,560 ordinary shares of 1p each with voting rights.

Booker Group plc does not hold any shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Booker Group plc is 1,724,528,560.

The above figure 1,724,528,560 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Booker Group plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
